RESPONSIBILITIES
The challenging assignments vary depending on
project placement, but typically include:
• Analyzing financial and
operating information related to corporations and industries
• Creating statistical exhibits
that analyze comparative financial performance
• Assisting in the preparation of
pitchbooks and market updates
• Participating actively in transaction
executions (including but not limited to IPOs, private placements, bond
offerings and M&As). Tasks may include due diligence, documentation, roadshow
arrangement and deal settlement
• Performing researches on latest
product developments and potential business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
• University student in
penultimate year of study with outstanding academic records.
• Finance or business related major
is preferred but not a must
• Fluent in Mandarin and English,
both verbal and written
• Team player with strong sense
of responsibility and work ethics
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks
and work under pressure
• Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills
• Basic know-how of A-share
capital market
Skilled
in using MS Office; in using other database such as Wind/ Bloomberg is a plus
